Amangani’s Health Center offers two exercise studios, four treatment rooms and separate steam rooms for men and women. A variety of one-on-one programmes are offered in the Wellness Studio, including body shaping, Fit Ball training, Yoga, Active Isolated Stretching and personal training. Exercise balls, dumb-bells for body sculpting, stretch bands and yoga mats and blankets are available. The gym is equipped with two StairMasters, two recumbent bikes, one treadmill, one flexible bench, a variety of free weights and a universal workout bench. Both exercise studios are finished in redwood, with a wall of glass and views to the swimming pool and across the valley to the Snake River Range.
The Health Center also offers a range of massages, facials and healing therapies. In the wet room, mud, salt and seaweed body treatments are available. Haircuts and deep conditioning, along with manicures and pedicures, are offered in the beauty salon. Slate floors and a wall in the silhouette of a mountain range grace both the men’s and women’s steam rooms. Treatments may also be taken here. Massage, health-and-beauty treatments and personalised exercise programmes may be enjoyed by the swimming pool or in the privacy of the guest’s suite.
