amanwana weddings
Amanwana is located on Moyo Island in Indonesia, a nature reserve where luxury tents sit amidst a lush, tropical jungle with views over the Flores Sea. This secluded retreat, with its outdoor music pavilion and open air Jungle Cove Spa offers guests the chance to relax and unwind amongst the spectacular flora and fauna of this private paradise.
An intimate blessing for up to 10 people can be held in a secluded jungle clearing inland. A short trek leads to a picture-postcard waterfall where green waters mirror the dense foliage of the jungle canopy above. The music pavilion, sheltered beneath a large tamarind tree with views over the surrounding water, is an ideal spot for an Indonesian blessing, whereas Crocodile Head, one of Moyo’s northern landmarks, catches the last rays of the setting sun.
- Legally binding ceremonies can be arranged with the prior coordination of the local embassy or consulate
- Christian priests reside in nearby Sumbawa however, Hindu priests would have to be flown in from Bali
- A maximum of 40 persons can be accommodated in the 20 luxury tents on the island
- Up to 50 persons can be catered for in the open air dining room
Scuba diving, snorkelling and sport fishing, as well as cruising on Aman II in some of the clearest waters Indonesia has to offer, are just some of the ingredients that weave a tropical hideaway honeymoon experience.
