Rates are inclusive of private airport transfers, non-motorised water sports, daily snorkel trips, use of tennis courts, equipment, and lessons, regular yoga classes, private bar (except spirits), afternoon tea, in-room wireless internet access and all telephone calls.
Villa rates are also inclusive of all coffee, tea and soft drinks served in the villa.
Rates are subject to 10% service charge and 11% government tax.

Rates listed are per pavilion/villa per night.
Minimum length of stay required for Pavilions:
- Five nights from 30 March - 14 April 2012
- Four nights from 17 - 25 February 2012
A minimum of three nights' stay is required for Villas except during the following periods:
- Five nights from 30 March - 14 April 2012
- Four nights from 17 - 25 February 2012
Maximum occupancy in the Pavilions is three guests with a US$ 150++ charge per night for a third adult or child age 12 and above. There is no charge for a child under 12 years of age sharing a pavilion with their parents.
In the villas maximum occupancy is: eight guests in the three-bedroom villa, 10 guests in the four-bedroom villa and 12 guests in the five-bedroom villa.
